Okay, so why make my only Anita Blake shrine to Asher, the angsty vampire?
Because he's my absolute favorite character. First you've got the angst, then you've got the
fact that he's a vampire. He's like immortal and yet he lives in a perpetual state of self
consciousness. He doesn't have the confidence that Jean Claude does and never comes off as
arrogant. He just kicks ass. ^^
